GCS (Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear)
Model:
GCS
Overview:
The GCS Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is a kind of combination type switchgear, usually used in the three-phase AC frequency of 50 Hz, the rated working voltage is 400 V (690 V), and the rated current is 4000 A and below in the power generation, and power supply systems as power, power distribution and centralized control of motors, and capacitor compensation. It is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, high-rise buildings, etc.

· The frame utilizes 8MF type open-section steel, ensuring flexible and convenient framework assembly;

· The switchgear cabinet's functional compartments are mutually isolated. These compartments are divided into the Functional Unit Compartment, the Busbar Compartment, and the Cable Compartment. The function of each compartment is relatively independent;

· The horizontal busbars are arranged in a rear-flat configuration to enhance the busbar's ability to withstand electrodynamic forces. This is a fundamental measure to ensure the main circuit possesses high short-circuit strength capability;

· The design of the Cable Compartment makes cable entry and exit highly convenient from both the top and bottom (of the cabinet);

· The height of the drawers is based on a 160 mm modulus. Drawer variations only occur in the height dimension, while the width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. This ensures excellent interchangeability among drawers of the same functional unit. The unit circuit rated current is 630 A and below;

· The drawer panels feature clear and prominent indicators for the Connected (Closed), Disconnected (Open/Off), Test, and Withdrawn positions. The drawer units are equipped with a mechanical interlock device. The drawer unit serves as the primary component, supporting both withdrawable (removable) and fixed configurations, allowing for flexible, mixed combinations and unrestricted usage.
